inverter 煮雞蛋了,怎么辦?

各位大蝦,
    小弟在做一個(gè)4lamp inverter, 采用的是半橋拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu),1推2的形式,變壓器為EFD20,匝數(shù)比為19:2350.5, MOS-FET 為30v@9a dual的形式. 2pcs, 現(xiàn)在發(fā)現(xiàn)變壓器的溫度很可怕,在敞開的環(huán)境下面,溫度磁芯達(dá)到了50度,線圈的溫度要比鐵心高,mos的日子也不好過,快進(jìn)入中年45了,不知道那位高手愿意幫小弟一把,把溫度給降低一點(diǎn),那怕5度也是一個(gè)很偉大的進(jìn)步,先謝謝各位!

the output current is 6 mA, voltage: 650Vrms, fs:50Khz, input voltage is 10.8--13.2Vdc

EFD20L should be enough,EEL19 also OK. The surface temperature should be below 40 degree. I think your transformer turn ratio is too high. If your CCFL lamp is in parallel connection,75 turn ratio is enough.

The panel's spec is attached, but i think the transformer ratio is not very high, if I change the ratio from 120 to 100, the inverter does not work, otherwise, would you tell me how to calculate the half-bridge topology transformer?
By the way, would you have an MSN address?

順便問問,初級線圈如果饒制11T,會不會電感量太小???因?yàn)槲覍ψ儔浩鞑皇呛苁煜?還有在這個(gè)時(shí)候,變壓器要不要gap?

像你說的這種情況,我也遇到了.不過我感覺是我pcb板排的有問題.單純的改transformer解決不了問題.不知道你的pcb排的有沒有問題.

PCB已經(jīng)做了調(diào)整,但是變壓器的發(fā)熱確實(shí)有點(diǎn)恐怖!

效率有測過嗎,如果變壓器原邊和MOS溫升沒超過35度是可以接受的,另外以你的工作頻率,T的漏感最好控制在200-250左右,按你的圈數(shù)大約要0.3左右的gap,另外half-bridge里的電容也很重要,不能太小.

我的橋臂電容為47uF,兩個(gè)串聯(lián),變壓器目前沒有g(shù)ap,我不知道大俠您做inverter時(shí)一般加不加gap,效率的話,我大概看了一下,超過80%!

50 度是煮不了雞蛋的!

主要是改電路的反饋參數(shù),讓變壓器的波形漂亮一點(diǎn)就可以!
