不同于IGBT,MOSFET由于自身特性所限,很少在大功率場(chǎng)合擔(dān)當(dāng)重任.況且大功率的MOSFET制作相當(dāng)困難成本昂貴驚人,所以MOSFET模塊在通用市場(chǎng)較為少見.
