還有一點(diǎn),我用了兩片不同廠家的磁芯,也就是說(shuō)一個(gè)變壓器的兩個(gè)E形磁芯是不同一個(gè)廠家的,會(huì)不會(huì)影響呢,我手上沒(méi)這款磁芯了所以才這么做,以前做大點(diǎn)功率的RCC時(shí)不會(huì)出現(xiàn)效率這么大的差別,一般都是從74%到78%之間,MOS管100KHZ的頻率也不算高啊開(kāi)關(guān)損耗也不致于這么大啊

經(jīng)過(guò)調(diào)整后效率有所提高,但高低壓的效率還是差距較大:AC85V--78.8%;AC100V--79.8%;AC120V--80%;AC185V--77.7%;AC220V--76%;AC230V--75.6%;AC240V--75.5%;;AC264V--72.3%變壓器:EE19匝比:133:13:10 LP=2.3MH測(cè)試效率曲線圖如下:

6.4W的輸出功率效率平均做到75%就行了

功率才6.4W要做到82%就有些難了,我現(xiàn)在的問(wèn)題不是效率低的問(wèn)題而是高低壓效率不平衡的問(wèn)題,我認(rèn)為6.4W的輸出功率效率達(dá)到平均75%就滿意了(只是“我認(rèn)為”,高手們不要見(jiàn)笑)
個(gè)人認(rèn)為高低壓時(shí)候變換器效率不同是正常的事情.因?yàn)楦叩蛪簳r(shí)開(kāi)關(guān)頻率相差很大,低時(shí)f只有幾十K,而高時(shí)能達(dá)到上百K,帶來(lái)了開(kāi)關(guān)損耗的不同,效率當(dāng)然也不同了啊.
