各位老大,小弟在做溫升測試時(shí)有一疑問,請各位幫忙,疑問如下:
器具的Rated label上標(biāo)明的電壓和功率是220~240V 2200W,那么溫升測試時(shí)的輸入功率是怎樣計(jì)算的呢?
是240V相對應(yīng)的實(shí)際功率*1.15倍呢,還是(240/230)的平方乘以1.15倍,然后再乘以2200W呢?

不好意思,我做的是VDE的,2200W是器具火數(shù)貼標(biāo)明的功率,就是這樣標(biāo)的:220-240V~50/60Hz2200W,這2200W應(yīng)該是額定電壓范圍的平均值相對應(yīng)的額定輸入功率吧.
那就是輸入功率了按照ITE之類的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),測試正常溫升時(shí),你只要按照產(chǎn)品標(biāo)識的功率來進(jìn)行測試就OK了,無論是在哪個(gè)輸入電壓點(diǎn)上都是這樣.不需要去轉(zhuǎn)換來轉(zhuǎn)換去的,呵呵所以在測試的時(shí)候就要求你在不同的輸入電壓點(diǎn)上,調(diào)節(jié)你的輸出負(fù)載,以使得你的輸入功率是標(biāo)識的功率值.

我依據(jù)IEC60335來做的,測試產(chǎn)品是暖風(fēng)機(jī),做11條款的Heating test,這當(dāng)中有一個(gè)溫升測試時(shí)輸入功率的一般試驗(yàn)條件的規(guī)定,懇請幫忙,謝謝!

確實(shí)是這樣,60335做HEATING時(shí),輸入條件為在輸入額定電壓上下限的正負(fù)10%,輸入功率為額定輸入功率的1.15倍
所以說,是240V相對應(yīng)的實(shí)際功率*1.15倍呢,還是(240/230)得出的系數(shù)的平方乘以1.15倍,然后再乘以2200W呢?

GB4706.1 第5.13 帶PTC電熱元件的器具,在與規(guī)定的輸入功率相對應(yīng)的電壓下進(jìn)行試驗(yàn),當(dāng)規(guī)定的輸入功率大于額定輸入功率時(shí),用來乘電壓的系數(shù)等于用來乘功率系數(shù)的平方根,即:實(shí)驗(yàn)電壓為240V×√1.15

5.12 For heating appliances and combined appliances, when it is specified that the
appliance has to operate at a power input multiplied by a factor, this applies only to heating
elements without appreciable positive temperature coefficient of resistance.
For heating elements with appreciable positive temperature coefficient of resistance, other
than PTC heating elements, the supply voltage is determined by supplying the appliance at
rated voltage until the heating element reaches its operating temperature. The supply voltage
is then rapidly increased to the value necessary to give the power input required for the
relevant test, this value of the supply voltage being maintained throughout the test.
NOTE In general, the temperature coefficient is considered to be appreciable if, at rated voltage, the power input
of the appliance in cold condition differs by more than 25 % from the power input at operating temperature.
5.13 The tests for appliances with PTC heating elements are carried out at a voltage
corresponding to the specified power input. When a power input greater than the rated power
input is specified, the factor for multiplying the voltage is equal to the square root of the
factor for multiplying the power input.
11.4 Heating appliances are operated under normal operation and at 1,15 times rated
power input.

輸入功率應(yīng)采用240的平方/230的平方,再乘以器具標(biāo)識的功率.
因?yàn)閷τ?20-240V 2000W這樣的標(biāo)識,它的功率是指在平均電壓下對應(yīng)的功率,也就是230V所對應(yīng)的功率,根據(jù)Cl 5.8.4要求,計(jì)算出所需要的功率再乘以1.15
