我剛學(xué)習(xí)saber軟件，遇到麻煩，來向大家討教！

我用mosfet characteristic tool 來建立我實際使用的器件模型，將特性曲線用Scanned Data Utility載入，并繪出了曲線，apply到Id vs Vgs當中，后面有附圖，然后想用軟件提供的opimizer，提示錯誤：  。根據(jù)help文件：To optimize a model characteristic, you first need to import a reference characteristic using the Scanned Data Utility. After clicking the Apply button of the Scanned Data Utility, the computed model characteristic and its reference characteristic appear in the same graph. Then click the Run button of the Optimizer Utility to start the curve fitting process.

我的操作貌似沒有問題啊，請教高人指點?。》浅８兄x啦！
