我公司現(xiàn)有一款20'液晶電視被商檢抽查到指定實(shí)驗(yàn)室做測(cè)試,
現(xiàn)在實(shí)驗(yàn)室告知我們的產(chǎn)品的電源適配器(普通電源電腦或顯示器用的適配器)不符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的8.16條:
設(shè)計(jì)成專門要由制造廠商規(guī)定的電源設(shè)備來(lái)供電的設(shè)備,其結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)保證通用電源設(shè)備不加修改就不可能替換該專用設(shè)備.
和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的15.2中:
在具有非危險(xiǎn)帶電輸出電壓的一類設(shè)備中,輸出電路不應(yīng)與保護(hù)地導(dǎo)體連接.
請(qǐng)教一下高手們 這兩條怎么解釋啊,我們的適配器是否需要專門修改結(jié)構(gòu)保證不能通用? 還有15.2的那句話怎么理解

The clause 8.16 means there are must used a specific DC plug in the AC/DC adapter, avoid misuse other AC/DC adapter in the apparatus. according to the OSM EE(chm)3/03, this clause don't apply to yours product.
The clause 15.2, pls pay more attention to the third paragraph(this paragraph was deleted in the latest Amend .1), maby i think the lab failed yours product by using this paragraph. For this case, pls check that the secondary circuit of AC/DC adapter was connect to earth or not?
