用3843控制的開關(guān)電源,短路后居然可以鎖死?(有完整原理圖)
電路圖如下:
短路解除后,沒有輸出,需要重新啟動(dòng)輸出才有,但我的過流檢測是在原邊抬高3腳電壓的,應(yīng)該打嗝才對(duì)啊!

我測了一下Vcc,啟動(dòng)時(shí)波形是這樣的:

換另外一種型號(hào)的3843試下.
我遇到過這種情況,是熱機(jī)時(shí)3843不啟動(dòng),7PIN電壓和你的差不多.

這是3843和3845的通病,Vcc回差太小.解決辦法:改用3842,提高Vcc電壓..
電路好復(fù)雜啊,IC啟動(dòng)怎么供電,D5是不是畫反了?
