有人說(shuō):一般變壓器、電感和漏感測(cè)試的頻率選1K/1V;
也有人說(shuō):一般變壓器、電感和漏感測(cè)試的頻率選100khz,0.1v.原因是用1v時(shí),場(chǎng)強(qiáng)太強(qiáng);
還有人說(shuō):根據(jù)產(chǎn)品工作時(shí)候的頻率來(lái)測(cè)試,比如說(shuō)工作在50K,那麼測(cè)試的頻率選50K/1V;
我想針對(duì)這個(gè)問(wèn)題探討下,,希望能夠解決!

此問(wèn)題真是問(wèn)得太好了.我以前也問(wèn)過(guò)一個(gè)前輩,據(jù)他說(shuō)大部份的測(cè)試頻率是依美軍規(guī)所訂:其測(cè)試頻率應(yīng)與使用頻率相近才可(只是聽(tīng)說(shuō),但一直沒(méi)有機(jī)會(huì)證實(shí)).
現(xiàn)在的廠商于實(shí)際生產(chǎn)中感值一般都依1KHz漏感以50KHz居多.至于為何這樣,我也沒(méi)打聽(tīng)到.其中我只了解到Inverter transformer的漏感依50KHz是因?yàn)镮nverter transformer的工作頻率在50KHz左右.
關(guān)注此帖中.請(qǐng)各位多多指教.

先謝謝!但我還是直接點(diǎn)說(shuō),我認(rèn)為弄得不夠清楚,我還想知道,具體是依照什么標(biāo)準(zhǔn)?選擇一個(gè)測(cè)試條件,總該有它的原因,我認(rèn)為是這樣的.
這1KHz/1V的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)應(yīng)該是有幾十年歷史了吧,國(guó)家級(jí)的校正實(shí)驗(yàn)室里的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)電感也是用這標(biāo)準(zhǔn)測(cè)量厘定的,這可能與當(dāng)時(shí)的應(yīng)用和測(cè)量技術(shù)有關(guān)吧.另外如果Q值太低的話,測(cè)量結(jié)果誤差比較大,所以小電感時(shí)要采用較高頻率.

Inductance is measured on a bridge with variable voltage and frequency.The flux density should be
less than 10 gauss.Cores have to be properly mounted around the measuring coil,or for toroids,
wound with the correct number of turns.
Testing at low gauss level is important.Magnetic material characteristics change considerably at higher
drive levels.Since all applications are different,it is necessary for manufacturers to normalize
characteristics at a low level to insure a degree of consistency in magnetic properties and that “apples
are compared to apples.”
