有一個(gè)帶發(fā)光二極管電源指示燈的燙發(fā)器,在打高壓時(shí),當(dāng)高壓端接觸到此二極管的管殼時(shí),報(bào)警器響,拆開后經(jīng)實(shí)際測(cè)量此二極管的工作電壓為5V,工廠據(jù)此認(rèn)為是超低安全電壓,因此可以接受此高壓失敗?請(qǐng)問有道理嗎?

the sufficient qualifications to judge if the part comply with SELV requirements are as below;
First: power supply voltage not more than 42volts
Second; internal working voltage not more than 42volts
Third; where the supply is from mains, safety transformer should be provided between mains supply and appliance.
