能源之星里有“Replaceable ballast”這么一項(xiàng)功能：Ballasts in all fixtures (including portables) must be accessible and removable by an electrician without the cutting of wires and without damage to the fixture housing, trim, decorative elements or the carpentry (e.g., ceiling drywall) to which the fixture is attached.

 在LED日光燈中，我把“Replaceable ballast”理解為電源。這樣的話，如果有一個(gè)統(tǒng)一的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)600MM,1200MM和1500MM的日光燈功率做一個(gè)規(guī)定（或行業(yè)共識(shí)），進(jìn)而對(duì)電壓、電流也作出規(guī)定。然后對(duì)安裝尺寸也作出規(guī)定。這樣各個(gè)廠家生產(chǎn)出的電源就可以互換。同時(shí)，這個(gè)安裝在燈管里容易裝卸的部位。我覺得這樣才是真正符合環(huán)保的事情。
