正想用這個電路啊,高手給點(diǎn)意見啊!!

如果可以的話,那我們還可以用LM324四運(yùn)放啊,那就會多了兩個出來做其它用途啊,比如欠壓、過流等的保護(hù).

其實(shí)用一下運(yùn)算足夠了,兩個有點(diǎn)浪費(fèi).

你好!我個人認(rèn)為目前最好的后級是硅, MOS  IGBT 雖然能模擬很多種波形出來,但都是管看不管用的,我們這邊有賣雙后級的(單硅 MOS或IGBT)但是他們都說單硅的好.

不知道你想用來推動什么?因?yàn)?58輸出的波形太差!主要是速度太慢!

我暫時是想用來推動IGBT后級電魚機(jī)電路的,其實(shí)這個電路用途很廣泛啊,具體應(yīng)用就看你自己了啊,做一個直流斬波器也是可以的啊,呵呵

如果用雙電源的話,就不用那兩個10K電阻了.不用取虛地了.
我測試的時候,沒有R8電位器直接用了個100K的電阻.所以頻率沒有調(diào),測試的參數(shù)與這個有點(diǎn)區(qū)別,不過只是影響頻率而已.

LM358折轉(zhuǎn)時間為十幾US,不到20US.所以高頻特性是差了點(diǎn),但是頻率不太高的話,還是可以用的,便宜啊.

樓主你好,如果用你的電路來推單硅的話應(yīng)該也不錯吧,那同樣也可以調(diào)頻調(diào)寬了.謝謝!!!

單硅不行啊!!G極可以觸發(fā)不能關(guān)斷的啊.

關(guān)斷咱們還是用LC高反壓來關(guān)斷啊,本站不是有用555驅(qū)動光耦再觸發(fā)可控硅的的后級電路,只是用555時基電路沒辦法調(diào)脈寬就是了,要不我來試試,謝謝你!!!

555也能做出這個效果

555做不到這個效果的,我可以調(diào)節(jié)頻率和占空比,而且都是大幅度的調(diào)整.
而555很局限的,你不信自己做個看看就知道了.雖然說是頻率和占空比獨(dú)立可調(diào),但是可調(diào)范圍不大的.而且因?yàn)橛袀€占空比調(diào)節(jié)電位器在,所以,最低頻率已經(jīng)規(guī)定死了!而又因?yàn)橛袀€頻率調(diào)節(jié)電位器在,占空比的最大值也規(guī)定死了!所以非常的局限,不然我都不去做這個電路了.呵呵
下面這個是用來驅(qū)動可控硅的方法,變壓器驅(qū)動,不用輔助電源!

思思你好,不知道你的驅(qū)動電路投入實(shí)用中沒有,IGBT是否會燒?反正我是燒怕怕了的,前天又買了兩只25A120的IGBT每只要8元的呀,心疼死我了呀!
