求助:此電路圖有何問題

要求:對(duì)此信號(hào)的要求是上電延時(shí)500ms,變成高電平.下電(5V掉電的時(shí)候)此信號(hào)立刻變?yōu)榈?穩(wěn)態(tài)時(shí)候?yàn)楦唠娖?
+5V為芯片電源電壓,由于有電容有放電的過程.下電的時(shí)候有放電過程.電路越簡單越好.
