我公司一款產(chǎn)品拿出去做CE認(rèn)證
產(chǎn)品適用的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是EN60335.1
產(chǎn)品是固定在墻上的,靠墻的那一面有個開孔,用試驗指可以碰到帶電部件,但安裝的墻上使用的時候孔正好貼在墻上.認(rèn)證機(jī)構(gòu)說產(chǎn)品那個開孔不符合要求.
但安裝在墻上就不存在這個問題啊
各位老大,這樣的開孔到底行不行啊

考慮產(chǎn)品的實際使用環(huán)境是安規(guī)測試的一個基本原則.
從你的說明來看,你的產(chǎn)品屬于“固定式”器具.
在做實驗指測試時,器具應(yīng)“按實際安裝就位”后進(jìn)行.安裝就位后,你的孔就被遮住了,因此,此開孔在“防電擊”上是沒有問題的.
下面引自IEC 60335-1-2006 clause 8.2
8.2 Class II appliances and class II constructions shall be constructed and enclosed so that there is adequate protection against accidental contact with basic insulation and metal parts separated from live parts by basic insulation only.
It shall only be possible to touch parts which are separated from live parts by double insulation or reinforced insulation.
Compliance is checked by inspection and by applying test probe B of IEC 61032 in accordance with the conditions specified in 8.1.1.
NOTE Built-in appliances and fixed appliances are tested after installation.

你的產(chǎn)品在不安裝的時候能不能插電運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),如果能則認(rèn)證公司沒錯
我的看法是:還是要考慮的,起碼從實際出發(fā),如果墻上的支柱是金屬,那么如果Clearance and creepage distance不夠,有可能會有電擊危險.
再者,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)上是這么說的:
Test probe B of IEC 61032 is applied without aprreciable force, the appliance being in every possible position except that appliances nomally used on the floor and having a mass exceeding 40kg are not tilted.
可見只有一個方向可以例外.

墻的那一面本身就應(yīng)該當(dāng)金屬來看的, 掛墻的金屬支架也會按說明書被考慮, 但引用的文字前還有一段話叫NORMAL USE,

我覺得認(rèn)證公司判不合格的依據(jù)可能在8.1.5, 盡管安裝后不能碰到帶電部件, 但安裝前至少要有基本絕緣, 孔不能大的讓帶關(guān)節(jié)的測試手指伸進(jìn)去碰到帶電部件
